The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that reasonably appear to involve:
Fake or duplicate accounts,
Automated or bot-generated entries,
False eligibility information,
Multiple entries beyond the permitted limit,
Impersonation of another person,
Manipulation of the Giveaway process,
Repeated follow/unfollow activity intended to create additional entries, or
Other conduct that materially violates these Official Rules.
An accidental duplicate comment will not automatically result in disqualification; however, it will not create an additional entry.14. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase of BLOODSTARVED, any other K. Emberlyn book, merchandise, product, or service is necessary to participate.
Buying a book or other product does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning.
The Giveaway is intended to be a free-entry promotional prize draw. U.S. FTC guidance distinguishes legitimate sweepstakes from promotions requiring payment to win. 15. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
Each valid Instagram entry counts as one entry.
Each valid TikTok entry counts as one entry.
The maximum is two entries per person.16. SOCIAL-MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta, or their respective parent or affiliated companies.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the Giveaway is administered solely by K. Emberlyn and not by the social-media platforms on which it is promoted.
Entrants agree that questions, comments, or concerns regarding this Giveaway should be directed to K. Emberlyn and not Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta.17. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, the winner may voluntarily permit K. Emberlyn to share the winner’s social-media username, photograph of the prize after delivery, or winner-submitted content relating to the Giveaway.
Participation in post-Giveaway publicity is not required to enter or win unless disclosure is required by applicable law.
No entrant transfers ownership of their own photographs, comments, artwork, or other original content merely by entering this Giveaway.18. CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

The Promoter intends to conduct the Giveaway exactly as described in these Official Rules.
The Promoter will not materially change the closing date, eligibility requirements, entry method, or prize in a manner that unfairly disadvantages people who have already entered.
If fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, legal requirement, natural disaster, or another circumstance outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevents the Giveaway from being fairly completed, the Promoter may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway only to the extent reasonably necessary.
UK promotional guidance generally expects closing dates and promotional terms not to be changed except in limited circumstances where doing so is necessary and entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged. 19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
Technical failures affecting Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Internet access;
Entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or not visible because of platform errors;
Delivery delays outside the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
Damage caused by misuse of the prize after delivery.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law in the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia.20. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant confirms that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and meet the stated eligibility requirements.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.21. QUESTIONS

I would not publish your home address. Because UK promotional rules can require the promoter's name and correspondence address to be available, use a business mailing address or PO Box in that blank if you have one.
Also put a reasonable value in the prize section—for example, if you consider one figure to be worth $25, change the line to “Approximate retail value: $25 USD.”
